How to Use:
Peel paper off patch. Apply the patch to the upper, lower or side of your breast. Leave on for up to 6 hours. If you have sensitive skin or suffer from any discomfort during use, remove after 30–60 mins. It is normal to feel a slight heat sensation during use as active ingredients are being absorbed by the skin. Suitable for use daily or 2–3 times a week. Apply immediately after a hot shower for best results.
