Q: Do you accept credit cards like Visa or MasterCard payments?

A: Yes we do. We are using PayPal's e-payment service, and they accept major credit cards like Visa and MasterCard. PayPal makes it easy to send and receive online payments. Q: Do you accept electronic payments from Singapore banks such as POSB / DBS / OCBC / UOB?

A: Yes we do, but only from DBS / POSB / UOB. Simply send us an email (info@beautybistro.com) and tell us what you wish to purchase. We'll reply you with the total sum payable and our bank account details for you to perform the fund transfer.

Q: Can I find Beauty Bistro's products from the shops in Singapore?

A: Yes you can. Most of our products are available at

BHG departmental stores:  Bugis, Clementi, Lot 1, and Tampines.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my package?

A: When we confirm an order, we will try to post it out on the same day, if not the following working day. If the package is delivered within Singapore, normal and registered mail will take about 2–3 working days. Q: Are there Beauty Bistro shops in Malaysia?

A: We are based only in Singapore, but we can send the products over to Malaysia by Speedpost.
