Refund Policy

1. There will be no refund for payment made for products after we have started to process the order for the customer.
2. However, in instances where the customer feels that a refund is justified, the customer must submit a written request for refund.
3. Please provide the following details together with your request, unless otherwise stated:
   • Transaction identification number
   • Valid reasons for cancellation or refund
4. All requests submitted are subjected to approval on a case-by-case basis.

Shopping at Beauty Bistro

1. Sign up as a Beauty Bistro member by clicking on 'My Account'.
2. Check out our promotion items before the promotions end.
3. Add item(s) to shopping bag.
4. Checkout after you are done.
5. Check the products ordered and your billing address.
6. Select payment method.
7. Check order confirmation.
8. Your order will be processed within 3 working days after payment.

Delivery Policy & Payment Options

1. Beauty Bistro.com provides delivery within Singapore and key destinations worldwide.
2. For deliveries to other destinations outside Singapore, please select the destination country upon checkout.
3. Delivery within Singapore is by Singapore Post and takes about 2–3 working days.
4. International delivery is by Speedpost. You may check the delivery time at www.speedpost.com.sg.
5. You may place an order to be delivered to a different address in Singapore other than your billing address.
6. Mailing address cannot be changed once the product is posted out. Beauty Bistro will not be responsible for products that fail to reach customers in such instances.
7. Military and P.O. Box address
   Due to delivery restrictions, delivery is not available for APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.

9. When will my credit card be charged?
   You card will be charged once the order is confirmed and submitted.
10. What if my credit card is denied?
    You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new number if this happens.

Cash & Discount Vouchers' Terms & Conditions

1. Vouchers only apply for regular-priced items unless otherwise stated.
2. Vouchers are not applicable for discounted and promotional items.
3. Vouchers are not applicable for postage compensation.
4. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
5. Vouchers must be fully utilized when making payment. Any unutilized amount will be forfeited and shall not be refunded.
6. Vouchers cannot be used for more than one transaction.
7. Vouchers come with expiry dates, hence vouchers that are expired are not valid.
8. Beauty Bistro reserves the right to withdraw or amend vouchers without prior notice.

Redeem Gifts' Terms & Conditions

1. Register as our member on Beautybistro.com and redeem gifts with points earned during purchases.
2. Points will be accumuated with every doller spent on products. ($1 = 1point)
3. Postage fees are not applicable for accumulation of points.
4. Gifts will be changed and updated periodically.
5. Points are not exchangeable for cash.
6. The validitity of points is 12 months.
7. Postage fees apply for gifts.
8. Beauty Bistro reserves the right to withdraw or amend points without prior notice.
