- However, in instances where the customer feels that a refund is justified, the customer must submit a written request for refund.

- Check our promotion items before the promotion ends.
- Add item(s) to shopping bag.
- Checkout after you are done.
- Check the products ordered and your billing address.

- Check order confirmation
- Beauty Bistro staff will contact you via phone call or email within 3 working days.
- Beauty Bistro.com provides delivery within Singapore.
- For deliveries to other destinations outside Singapore, please write in to sales@beautybistro.com.
- By Singapore Post: SGP$2.00 per product. (2-3 working days)
- Delivering to a different address.
You may place an order to be delivered to a different address in Singapore other then your billing address.
- Mailing address cannot be changed once the product is posted out. Beauty Bistro will not be responsible for products that fail to reach customers in such instances.
- Military and P.O box address
Due to delivery restrictions, deliver is not available for APO/FPO and P.O Box addresses.

- When will my credit card be charged?
You card will be charged once the order is confirmed and submitted.
- What if my credit card is denied?
You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem processing your credit card. You’ll have the opportunity to enter a new number if this happens.
